  1. What are the ticket price to Batam and Tg. Pinang?

    For Trip to Batam centre.

    Adult: One way is RM79.00 and two way is RM120.00 for Batam Centre exclusive of sea port tax at Batam side.
    Children: One way is RM56.00 and for two way is RM79.00 for Batam Centre for Children age below 12 years old.
    Toddler below the age of three years old: need pay only the sea port tax.

    For Trip to Tg. Pinang.

    Adult : One way is RM96.00 and for two way it is RM154.00.
    Children: One way is RM72.00 and for two way it is RM96.00.
    Toddler below the age of three years old: need pay only the sea port tax.

  2. Are there any group discount?

    We can give up to 10% discount if the group is 15 paxs and above and for two way trips. However,it is based on written request and particulars of passenger or its list must be submitted with due payment made to us prior to traveling date.

  3. Where is the destination that your terminal go?

    Batam and Tg. Pinang. also to cruise berth at Off Port Limit described as cruise-to-nowhere

  4. Do I need to book ferry ticket in advance?

    Yes, for assurance of a seat, it is advisable to book in advance. Booking can be done on-line. Walk-in-tickets are also available and sold at ticketing counters at The Zon Ferry terminal, Johor Bahru.

  5. What does the ticket include?

    Seaport Charge and Group Travel PA insurance from the first port of call i.e. TZFT (The Zon ferry terminal) to the next port-of-call (or while at sea).

  6. Is there any extra charges if we purchase the ticket outside/Agent (Prepaid)?

    There will be RM 10.00 for the boarding pass (wharfage) should you buy your tickets from agent other than TSSB.

  7. What is the ticket validity period?

    3 months from the date of purchase.

  8. Is there any porter and baggage storage service if I arrive early before the check-in time?

    Yes. We have porter service. However, baggage storage service is handled by other agent with payment of fees.

  9. What happen if I cancel my ferry trip, do I entitle for any refund?

    Cancellation of trip for partial refund can only be carried out 24 hours before departure time and need to be done at The Zon Ferry Terminal. No refund shall be entertained if cancellation is made with 24 hours of departure time.

  10. If my passport is valid for another 3 months, am I allow to travel?

    We are not the approving authorities, kindly refer to the respective department or authorities.
